Webster Man Charged with Public Lewdness Following Penfield Investigation

On June 17th, 2026, at 8:36 a.m., a woman contacted the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to report that she observed a man exposing himself and engaging in a lewd act while seated in the driver’s seat of a gray sedan. The vehicle was parked at the Penfield Wegmans parking lot, and the caller made this observation as she walked by the vehicle.

When deputies arrived, the vehicle had already left the area. However, the caller was able to provide deputies with the vehicle’s license plate number.

Using the caller’s information, investigators worked with Wegman’s Asset Protection and on June 19th, 2026, positively identified the suspect as Eduardo Figueroa.

Later that same day, Investigators spoke with Figueroa, who agreed to surrender to deputies. On June 20th, 2026, Figueroa turned himself in at MCSO A-Zone.

Eduardo Figueroa, 33, of Webster, is charged with:

  • Public Lewdness (Class B-Misdemeanor)

Deputies processed Figueroa at the zone and he was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Penfield Town Court at a later date.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office appreciates the caller’s willingness to promptly report criminal behavior and provide detailed information. Quick reporting and community awareness are often critical to identifying suspects, holding offenders accountable, and helping to preserve public safety.
