The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office arrests two men responsible for multiple burglaries in an apartment complex in Henrietta

Henrietta, NY (July 20, 2022) – Since June 30, 2022, a pattern of residential burglaries developed at the Apex apartment complex at 380 John Street, in the Town of Henrietta. Several instances of suspects entering occupied apartments in the late evening/early morning hours were reported. On July 17, 2022 at approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies responded to Apex for a burglary report. Through exceptional investigation, deputies and investigators were able to develop a lead on the suspects. On July 18, 2022 at 12:29 a.m., both suspects were arrested and a large amount of stolen property was recovered.

The suspects are identified as Pharell L. Davis, 20 y/o, of Henrietta and Amire E. Perkins, 19 y/o, of Henrietta.

Davis and Perkins are charged with:

  • Burglary in the 2nd Degree (C-Felony)
  • Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree (D-Felony)
  • Conspiracy in the 4th Degree (E-Felony)

Both suspects were arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash/ $50,000 bond.
