Henrietta, NY (January 24, 2023) Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a location in the 1400 block of Lehigh Station Road for the report of a robbery on January 22, 2023 at 7:15 PM. A victim reported that while delivering food to the location, he was approached by a male suspect who stated he had a gun, and demanded the victim’s money and the food he was delivering.
Later the same evening, at 9:30 PM, deputies responded to the same location for another robbery. Another delivery driver indicated he was delivering food to the location, when he was approached by a person who matched the description of the suspect from the earlier robbery. The victim stated that the suspect demanded the victim hand over money and property, this time displaying a gun.
Based upon a good description of the suspect by both victims, information gathered by our partners at the Monroe Crime Analysis Center, and investigation by MCSO deputies, Iverson Davis, 21, of Henrietta, was identified as a suspect. Deputies were able to quickly locate Davis and take him into custody.
Mr. Davis is charged with:
- Robbery in the First Degree (Class B Felony)
Mr. Davis was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail in the amount of $10k cash, $30k bond, and $50k partially secured bond. Mr. Davis is on parole for a Robbery conviction from 2018 in the Town of Henrietta.
