On March 19, 2025, at 2:44 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Hilton Parma Corners Road in the Town of Parma. Juston Hutchings was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe that was not properly insured or registered in New York State. During the investigation, deputies discovered Mr. Hutchings was in possession of a 9mm ghost gun, and two loaded high-capacity magazines.
Juston D. Hutchings, 38, of Hilton is charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class C-Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (Class D-Felony)(2 Counts)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Hutchings was arraigned in Parma Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $7,500 cash, or $15,000 bond.
On March 21, 2025, at 5:14 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2008 Chevrolet Impala for violations of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law at the intersection of Rt. 104 and Rt. 259 in the Town of Parma. Deputies discovered the driver, Joshua Cliff’s NYS driver’s license, was suspended. Cliff was also in possession of a Taurus GC3 Semi-Auto 9mm pistol with the serial number scratched off. Inside the vehicle, deputies located a sawed-off shotgun, a disassembled Omega .25 caliber handgun, and narcotics.
Joshua M. Cliff, 38, of Greece is charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class C-Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (Class D-Felony) (3 Counts)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Cliff was arraigned in Parma Town Court and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $7,500 cash, or $15,000 bond.
