On March 03, 2026, at 6:38 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies received a call for a domestic incident at a residence in the Town of Henrietta.
Deputies arrived at the home and located a male and female who were involved in an argument.
Following the investigation,
Ray S. Codera, 35, of Henrietta, is charged with:
- Assault in the Third Degree – Recklessly Causes Injury (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Codera was transported to Monroe County CAP court for arraignment this morning at 9:30 a.m. Following his arraignment, Codera was released to pre-trial services and an order of protection was issued.
Codera is currently employed with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office as a Jail Bureau Deputy and has been suspended pending an internal investigation.
