On August 1, 2024, at 8:41 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff's deputies were called to a residence on Eaglesfield Way in the Town of Perinton to investigate an active burglary. Upon their arrival, deputies found several individuals inside and outside the residence, resulting in the detention of eight suspects. Deputies found evidence indicating the suspects had forcefully entered the home and intended to remain there unlawfully. The investigation uncovered the illegal possession of a handgun by one individual, while another was found to be in possession of three stolen credit cards. Deputies transported the suspects to the A Zone substation for questioning, with the aid of investigators, while technicians conducted an examination of the scene to gather evidence.
Stephan T. Rodriguez, 25, of Rochester is charged with:
- Burglary in the First Degree (Class B-Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class C-Felony)
Tony D. Davis Jr., 34, of Rochester is charged with:
- Burglary in the Second Degree (Class C-Felony)
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Misael J. Marrero, 18, of Rochester is charged with:
- Burglary in the Second Degree (Class C-Felony)
- Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (Class E-Felony) (3 Counts)
Jonah Pacheco, 21, of Rochester is charged with:
- Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Crystal Fuentes, 18, of Rochester is charged with:
- Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Rodriguez was arraigned in Perinton Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail where he is held on $8,000 cash, or $15,000 bond. Davis was arraigned in Perinton Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail where he is held on $1,000 cash, or $4,000 bond. Marrero was arraigned in Perinton Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail where he is held on $2,000 cash, or $5,000 bond. Pacheco, Fuentes and two juveniles were released on appearance tickets in accordance with NYS law.
