Criminal Trespass 3rd / Vollmer Pkwy. / 25-119121

On 6/23/25, at 12:02 p.m., the victim observed an unknown male jump over a locked gate and enter her backyard. She reviewed her Ring camera video and observed the same male attempting to open the front door to her home. Deputies were able to locate the male, later identified as Devon Davis, on Galway Drive. Davis was taken into custody without incident and positively identified during a showup. Devon was processed at B Zone and transported to MCJ to await arraignment at CAP Court.  

 

Grand Larceny 3rd / Jefferson Rd. / 25-119630

The victim stated that his 2017 Kia Sorento was stolen by an unidentified suspect on June 23, 2025, sometime between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. According to the victim, his car was equipped with a security upgrade and a club attached to the steering wheel. 

 

Petit Larceny / 2970 W Henrietta Rd. / 25-119938

On 6/24/25, deputies responded to Delta Sonic for a delayed larceny report. Delta Sonic employees report on 6/16/25, an unknown male wearing a backwards baseball hat entered the store and stole $32 worth of beer. The male was seen leaving the location in a tan 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass. 

 

Grand Larceny 4th / John St. / 25-122290

The facility manager for Plug Plus reports that over the past month an unknown suspect has been coming to the location during the overnight hours and stealing metal pallet racks, which are kept in the overflow parking lot. Surveillance showed a dark-colored pickup truck entering and leaving the location with the items. The estimated total value of the racks stolen so far is $2,000.00.

 

Grand Larceny 4th / E. River Rd. / 25-124220

On June 29, 2025, sometime between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., an unknown individual entered the victim’s car and stole his wallet. Inside the wallet were a debit card from ESL, thirty dollars, and several forms of ID. 

 

Burglary 2nd / Bennington Hills / 25-123627

On 06/28/25, at 11:38 p.m., deputies responded to the above location for the report of a burglary in progress. The victim reported that she observed on her Ring camera an unknown male, later identified as Devon Davis (age 35) was ringing her doorbell. A short time later, a neighbor called 911 about the same male ringing her doorbell. The victim updated 911 that they were viewing interior cameras and could see the suspect was now inside of her apartment. Upon deputies’ arrival, they discovered the front door to the victim’s apartment was unsecure. Entry was made, but the suspect was no longer inside the location. Deputies observed Devon outside of 241 Bennington Hills, and he fled on foot. A foot pursuit ensued, and deputies were able to take Devon into custody.   

RPD and Brighton PD were notified, as they have pending charges against Davis. 

Grand Larceny 3rd / W. Henrietta Rd. / 25-124841

On 06/30/25, Deputy Venner responded to B Zone for a delayed larceny report. The victim reported that between 06/02/25 and 06/28/25, there were several unauthorized transactions on his personal PayPal account. The total of the transfers was $3,800, with one of them made out to a “Benjamin Greenwalt.”

Grand Larceny 3rd / Bailey Rd. / 25-123921

Sometime between 9:00 p.m. on 06/28/25 and 8:00 a.m. on 06/29/25, an unknown suspect stole a 2012 Ford F250 pickup truck. The truck was unlocked, and the keys were left inside the vehicle.

The victim reports on 06/23/25, an unknown person damaged her vehicle. She believes an acquaintance of hers may be responsible.
