An attempted break-in occurred between October 18, 2024, and October 23, 2024, where the suspect(s) tried to enter the location by prying open the rear door on the north side and the doors on the east side, causing damage to all of them.

GL 3rd (Stolen Vehicle) / Farm Brook Drive / 24-190562

On 10/26/24 the victim reported someone stole his Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. Inside the stolen truck, there were approximately $30,000 worth of Dewalt power tools.

PL / Walmart 1990 Brandt Point / 24-192259

On 10-28-24 at 9:50 p.m., Try’aera L. Lee (age 19) stole $394.88 in clothing from Walmart. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

PL & CM 4th / Harris Road / 24-190705

On 10/26/24, the victim stated that his Wildgame trail camera, which is valued at $50, was taken from a pine tree in his backyard, and the hinges on the locked gate to his fence were damaged. The theft and damage occurred during the time frame of 5:45 p.m. on 10/25/24 to 7:30 a.m. on 10/26/24.

CPCS 7th Arrest / 1645 Penfield Rd / 24-189735

On 10-24-24 at 9:51 p.m. Deputy Konrad was dispatched to the above address for a male slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle. Upon his arrival, he located Jason M. Fisher (age 55) sitting in the vehicle. The investigation revealed Jason was in possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine. Jason was arrested for CPCS 7th and released on an appearance ticket in accordance with NYS law.

GL 4th / Cash For Cars 1385 Empire Blvd. / 24-189368

On 10-23-24 at 7:30 a.m., an unknown trio of individuals entered the lot in a red Ford Bronco. Video footage shows a man exiting the Ford Bronco in disguise as a construction worker, complete with a construction vest. The man proceeded to break into two cars while a woman got out of the Ford Bronco to keep watch. The driver remained in the Ford Bronco. The man and woman then took the white 2014 Dodge Caravan and a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban from the parking lot.

Larceny / 2157 Penfield Road / 24-189696

On 10/24/24 an unknown male stole $143.88 in product from Wegmans by intentionally under scanning his groceries. Upon being confronted by asset protection, the suspect left the store and left behind the stolen items. The individual left the scene in a vehicle that looked like a white Chrysler minivan. Attempt to ID submitted with MCSO communications.

On 10/30/24 at about 11:00 p.m., the victim claimed he was walking when two males offered to give him a ride. After accepting the offer, the victim was threatened with violence and robbed of his wallet by the males.

On 10/30/24 at 2:35 p.m., a shoplifter entered Wegmans and stole steaks and miscellaneous food ($200). When approached by security in the parking lot, the suspect left the property and got into the passenger seat of a gold SUV and fled.

Sometime between 10/16/24 and 10/30/24 an unknown suspect(s) shot BB’s into the front of the house, causing damage to the siding and the windows.

On 9/22/24 at 8:35 a.m., Ricky L. Jackson (57) stole $406.73 worth of seafood from Wegmans. On 10/31/24, deputies responded to Jackson’s address where he was located and arrested. He was issued an APT.

The 49-year-old victim met a person claiming to be a female online. This relationship led to the victim losing $225,000 through fraud.

On 11/4/24 at 4:54 p.m., Jacqueline D. Davis (62) stole $207 in merchandise from Walmart. She was arrested and released on an appearance ticket.

 

ID Theft 1st / Penfield / 24-196634

The 63-year-old victim reported a theft of $45,000 from his digital wallet as cryptocurrency. The perpetrator made the transaction online and outside of New York State.

 

PL / Joe’s Kwik Mart 1910 Empire Blvd. / 24-195964

A man, estimated to be between 35 and 45 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing 275-300 pounds, entered the store on November 3rd, 2024, at 6:30 AM. He was wearing a bright green sweatshirt, a black baseball cap, and black pants and carried a cane. He asked for two cartons of Newports and when the cashier placed them on the counter, he snatched the cartons and ran to a black SUV. The suspect dropped his cane prior to making his getaway.

 

PL / Harbor Freight 1601 Penfield Rd. / 24-195445

On 11/2/24 at 9:45 a.m., a woman (long hair in bun, black jacket, blue jeans and glasses) stole three Quinn Socket Sets (value $88.53) and fled in a maroon Ford minivan with an unknown green license plate.

Identity Theft 3rd / Pebble Hill Road / 24-190815

Someone used the victim’s identity to open a Barclays credit card on October 26, 2024, with a total of $23,000.00 charged. The card’s activation date is October 15, 2024.

Pittsford

PL / Motherhouse Chapel 150 French Rd. / 24-189508

On 10-23-24 at 11:20 a.m., an unknown male wearing a dark hoodie and hat, driving a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup, stole an A/C Unit and a steel ramp from the loading dock.

Petit Larceny / 3195 Monroe Ave. (Wegmans) / 24-191507

On 10/27/24 at approximately 9:19 p.m., two suspects stole $367.75 of merchandise. The female suspect is described as having a heavy build, shoulder-length brown hair, wearing glasses, and her last known outfit included a gray jacket, purple pants, and black boots. The second suspect is described as a male of medium build, has short gray and black hair along with gray facial hair. He was last seen dressed in a flannel jacket and blue jeans. Both suspects left the area in a black Toyota RAV4.

On 10/27/24, an Enterprise employee reported the theft of two Florida license plates from rental cars. The license plates were taken sometime between 1:30 p.m. on October 26, 2024, and 10:00 a.m. on October 27, 2024.

On 10/28/24 at 2:20 p.m., a man and a woman took a collection of clothes valued at $1,127.24 to the register. The credit card the man attempted to use was declined and while he was talking with the employee, the female went onto the elevator with the shopping cart full of clothes, and exited the store. The male stated he would leave the store to get a credit card from the woman and come back inside to pay. He never came back into the store and both suspects left in a vehicle. An attempt to ID was sent to MSCO communications.

On 10/23/24 at 1:42 p.m., an unknown female stole a tote bag and 9 pairs of men’s underwear valued at $184.91.

Attempted Car Theft (CM 4th) / 3349 Monroe Ave. / 24-193515

On 10/30/24 at 6:46 p.m., the victim came out of Michaels to her 2021 Kia Sportage and saw a man at her car door. He had torn off her door handle. She confronted the male, at which point he got into the back of a maroon minivan which was occupied by two other men and they fled.

On 10/30/24 at 12:25 p.m., a female suspect (no other description) concealed $157.12 in food and drinks into reusable shopping bags and fled the store. When confronted in the lot, the suspect got into a black Chevy hatchback and left.

On 11/3/24 at 2:15 p.m., an unknown man stole $191.91 worth of children’s clothing and fled out the emergency exit.

 

GL 4th / Columbia Sportswear Co 3349 Monroe Ave. / 24-196845

On 10/31/24 at 2:37 p.m., two females entered the store and went to the men’s jacket display. Several jackets were selected by the women, totaling $2,210.00, before they left the store. The first suspect was a black female wearing sunglasses, a white jacket and black pants. The second suspect was a black female wearing a black cap and all dark clothing.

Assault 3rd / Greenleaf Ct. / 24-189089

On 10/24/24, deputies responded to RIT for an assault report. The victim (V) says she became involved in a physical fight with a fellow student, while in one of the dorm hallways. She states the suspect punched her in the face and arms more than 10 times. The victim’s nose was observed to be bleeding, with swelling visibly present on her face. She was transported to Strong ED for medical treatment. RIT provided video, which verified the victim’s account of the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.

Grand Larceny 3rd / 790 Jefferson Rd. / 24-189259

On 10/24/24, deputies responded to a construction site at the above location for a larceny report. The victim reports between 5:00 p.m. on 10/22/24 and 8:00 a.m. on 10/24/24, an unknown suspect stole his 2002 Bobcat S175 Skid-Steer ($10,000 value). Although the skid steer was not equipped with GPS, cameras were positioned on the east side of the building. The investigation continues.

Walmart Asset Protection reports on 10/24/24, two unknown males entered the store and stole two 65 inch televisions and a dehumidifier. The males were seen leaving in a silver Kia SUV (unknown license plate).

Petit Larceny / Colonnade Dr. / 24-190042

On 10/25/24 at approximately 11:27 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the above address for a larceny report. Upon arrival, they spoke to the victim who stated sometime between 2:00 p.m. on 10/24/24 and 9:00 p.m. on 10/25/24, an unknown individual rummaged through her 2010 Toyota Corolla and stole $15 in cash and a refurbished 7 inch Garmin navigation device. The victim believes she locked her vehicle, but there were no signs of forced entry. 

 

Petit Larceny / BJ’s Wholesale 400 Jay Scutti Blvd. / 24-191393

On 10/27/2024 at approximately 3:40 p.m., an unknown male wearing a white t-shirt and blue shorts exited the store without paying for $367.50 worth of Red Bull, Gatorade and Monster energy drinks. Upon exiting, the male left in a dark gray sedan. An attempt to identify request using store security footage was made to MCAC and MCSO Communications.  

Petit Larceny / Acura of Rochester 3883 W Henrietta Rd. / 24-191733

Sometime between 10/25/2024 and 10/28/2024, an unknown suspect made entry to a black 2017 Audi A5 bearing New York State Plates, parked in the employee parking lot. The suspect took Apple Air pods and a Dell monitor, totaling $800.00, from the vehicle.

Walmart Asset Protection reports on 10/28/24, an unknown male (white headband, green hooded sweatshirt, yellow face mask) entered the store and stole merchandise. 

 

Petit Larceny / Park Point Dr. / 24-192223

Between 8:00 p.m. on 10/23/24 and 12:00 p.m. on 10/28/24, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s brown Trek 7.2 FX bicycle. The victim secured the bicycle outside building 6 with a bike cable lock.

Walmart Asset Protection reports on 10/29/24, an unknown male entered the store and stole $15 worth of shirts. The male was seen leaving the location in a 2015 Honda Civic. 

 

Petit Larceny / 400 Jay Scutti Blvd (BJ’s) / 24-192914

An employee at BJ’s reports on 10/29/24, an unknown male (black hat, black shirt, blue shorts) entered the store and stole 10 boxes of energy drinks ($387 value). The male was seen leaving the location in a gray Lincoln sedan (unknown license plate). Note: This same male is the suspect in several other retail larcenies. 

 

CPW 2nd/ CPCS 7th/ CPSP 4th / Jefferson Rd. / W Henrietta Rd. / 24-193152

On 10/30/24, deputies responded to the intersection of West Henrietta Rd. and Jefferson Rd. for the report of a male passed out behind the wheel of a dark colored SUV. Upon arrival, deputies located the male and sole occupant of the vehicle, still passed out behind the wheel. Deputies were able to wake the male up, at which point he was removed from the vehicle without incident and detained. Over the course of the investigation, deputies discovered the male was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol. The firearm was reported stolen out of Atlanta, Georgia. Suspected narcotics (later tested positive for cocaine) were also located in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The male is identified as Luis A. Martinez II, was arraigned by Henrietta Town Court and was remanded on $50Kcash or $100K bond. 

 

Petit Larceny / Park Point Dr. / 24-193422

The victim reports between noon on 10/27/24 and 1:00 in the morning on 10/28/24, an unknown suspect stole her Electra 7i step-thru bicycle. She had secured the bicycle to the building with a cable lock. 

 

Petit Larceny / 3068 E Henrietta Rd. (Joe’s Kwik Mart) / 24-193411

On 10/30/24, an unknown male (black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, maroon book bag) entered the above location and stole $174 worth of merchandise. 

Attempted Burglary 3rd/ Criminal Mischief 2nd / Marketplace Dr. (Jay Scutti Enterprises) / 24-194351

On 10/31/24, at 8:20 p.m., deputies responded to the above location for a commercial alarm. While en route, deputies received additional information from the property manager, who also responded to the alarm, that he observed three males near the alarmed door. When the males saw the property manager, they ran away from the building, so he followed them to the Walmart parking lot. He confronted the males, and they told him they were just out going for a walk. Entering a gray Honda Accord, the males fled the location. The manager returned to the scene and discovered pry marks on the door and additional damage. Deputies located the suspect vehicle at Jefferson Rd. and Hylan Dr. and conducted a traffic stop. The males were identified as Giovanni Hulse, Jerrett Burton, and Kian Acevedo Paredes. A search of the vehicle was conducted and deputies located several burglar tools. The suspects were transported to B Zone, interviewed and released on appearance tickets in accordance with NYS law.

 

Grand Larceny 3rd / Winton Rd. S. / 24-195285

Wegmans Asset Protection reports on 11/01/24 at 11:15 p.m., an unknown suspect stole a Kubota from the parking lot of the above location. Upon reviewing surveillance video, an unknown dark colored SUV is seen entering the parking lot. A suspect exits the SUV, steals the Kubota, and takes it southbound on Winton Rd. The SUV then exits the parking lot.

 

Mendon

Grand Larceny 4th/ Criminal Mischief 4th / Pond Rd. / 24-189478

On 10/24/24, between 11:40 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., an unknown suspect broke out the window of the victim’s Hyundai Santa Fe and stole her purse. The purse contained various debit cards and $100 cash. The debit cards were canceled before they could be used.   

 

Robbery 2nd / Gang Assault 2nd / Pittsford Mendon Rd. / 24-190380

Deputies were called to a home on Pittsford Mendon Road in Mendon on October 25th, 2024 at 9:24 PM because of a large party. Deputies encountered approximately 150 young people at the party upon their arrival and began dispersing the crowd. While this was happening, a few clashes started in the area. They continued to disperse the sizeable crowds, and the groups started getting into vehicles to leave. A second altercation was reported to deputies on Cole Road, not far from the party. The investigation led deputies to a victim found in a ditch next to Cole Road. The victim reported that he was sitting in the back seat of his friend's car, ready to go, when eight males he had argued with earlier forced him out of the vehicle. Several men pulled the victim into a ditch and repeatedly punched and kicked them. The men then stole the watch from the victim and ran away on foot. The suspects were no longer in the area. Due to bruising and swelling to his neck, head, and nose, the victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. 

 

Burglary 3rd/ Grand Larceny 4th / Rush Mendon Rd. / 24-192743

Sometime between noon on 10/25/24 and noon on 10/28/24, an unknown suspect stole an electric jackhammer, a chop saw and an air compressor from the victim’s detached garage. The victim is a construction contractor and his site out in Orleans County was burglarized on 10/27/24 by a disgruntled employee.

Stolen Vehicles / Scottsville Rd. (US Airports Flight Support) / 24-185395

On 10/18/24, the operations manager for the above location called to report the theft of two vehicles. A 2012 blue Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2013 blue Chrysler Town & Country mini-van were missing, and he didn’t think they should have been in use. He checked with all of his staff and confirmed no one was authorized to use them at this time. He then reviewed surveillance footage and discovered both vehicles were driven away on 10/16 at 10:57 p.m., shortly before an unknown small orange SUV left the parking lot.

 

ID Theft 3rd / Union Square Bl. / 24-185137

The victim discovered fraudulent charges totaling $396.49 to her debit account at Comerica Bank. Nine Door Dash purchases were made in California on 10/3/24 and one Advanced Auto purchase was made in Virginia on 10/2/24. She is in possession of the physical debit card, and it has not recently gone missing.

 

CPCS 3rd / OGA / Archer Rd. / 24-188249

On 10/22/24 at about 5:00 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver quickly jumped out of the car and ran away from the traffic stop, going through backyards. A male was observed crawling from under the bushes at a house on Cross Bow Dr. He was taken into custody without incident and identified as Ernest Armstrong. Deputies observed a plastic bag on a nearby garage roof, which appeared to be out of place. It was retrieved and found to contain 41 smaller bags filled with a white powdery substance which tested positive for the presence of cocaine.

 

Petit Larceny / Chili Ave. / 24-189656

Wegmans Asset Protection reports on 10/24/24 at about 6:42 p.m., he observed an approximately 50 y/o woman with stitches across the bridge of her nose, wearing a white puffer jacket, pink camo pants, and white shoes pushing a grocery cart full of crab and steak. He addressed the woman as she passed all points of sale, but she ignored him and continued out of the store. AP followed her to the M&T parking lot, at which point the female gathered approximately half the items in the cart and took off running towards the apartments on the east side of Wegmans. The female was not located and the value of the stolen property is $241.34.

 

Grand Larceny 4th / Chili Ave. / 24-190889

Target Asset Protection reports observing a series of larcenies made by another employee. Between 10/15/24 and 10/26/24, the employee was seen stealing numerous clothing and electronic items with an aggregate value of $1,039.72. AP provided store surveillance and a Supporting Deposition attesting to his observations.

 

Petit Larceny / Chili Ave. / 24-191022

A Byrne Dairy employee reports on 10/20/24 at about 10:25 p.m., a man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark shorts entered the store and stole four 4-packs of Red Bull. The male left the location in a gray sedan and was last seen on South Union St. The value of the stolen property is $39.56.

Grand Larceny 3rd / Lake Rd. / 24-164421

An employee at Berry’s Auto Center reports sometime between 7:00 a.m. on 9/4/24 and 7:00 a.m. on 9/16/24, an unknown suspect stole a 2024 Looks Trailers enclosed trailer from the parking lot. Originally, the trailer was believed to be stored in a different place, but they now know it was stolen. The value of the trailer is $6,225.00.

 

Grand Larceny 4th / Transit Way / 24-190814

A Verizon Wireless employee reports on 10/26/24 at approximately 1:15 p.m., two males and a female in their late teens to early 20s, entered the store and meandered around the iPhone displays. All the associates were busy with customers, but at one point one male began to ask questions about phone cases while the other two suspects remained on the opposite side of the store near the display. Eventually the three exited the store, and the employee realized two phones, an iPhone 16 pro max, with 265 GB valued at $1,210 and an iPhone 16 Plus, with 128 GB valued at $940, were missing.

 

Grand Larceny 4th / Brockport Spencerport Rd. / 24-187477

The store Manager at Harbor Freight reports on 10/21/24 at about 6:30 p.m., an unknown male entered the store and selected a Professional Avanti Airless Paint Kit, a Super Quiet 2000/1600W Inverter Generator, a 50-foot Airless Paint Sprayer hose, and a Pierce 15 degree Professional Coil Sliding Nailer. The male then pushed the cart containing the $1,479.96 worth of merchandise out of the store without paying. He left the location in a green 2023 Toyota, 4Runner, which was occupied by two males in the front driver and passenger seats.

 

Hamlin

Criminal Mischief / Brick Schoolhouse Rd. / 24-186502

Sometime between 12:00 p.m. on 10/4/24 and 8:00 a.m. on 10/19/24, an unknown suspect caused lawn damage at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church by doing “donuts” with a truck or SUV. It is worth noting that on 10/19/24 at about 9:00 a.m., St. John Lutheran Church at 1107 Lake Road West Fork, Ham., also reported lawn damage from vehicle tracks (CR #24-185879).

 

Parma

Robbery / Assault 3rd / PL / W. Ridge Rd. / 24-185574

On 10/18/24 at 5:14 p.m., deputies responded to the trailer park at the above location and identified the victim of a robbery, who sustained a laceration on the side of his head, which was still bleeding. He was at the location to work on several properties, as he is a maintenance worker at the location. As he was finishing up, at about 5:00 p.m., he returned to his truck in the main driveway, which runs directly behind the Upstate Bottle Return on W. Ridge Rd. While near the bed of his truck, he was approached by an unknown man (30-50 yoa, 6’5, 300 lbs.) who began to inquire who the victim was, and what he was doing at the location. The male then brought up a past incident which occurred between him and an uninvolved male. The male became angry after engaging in this conversation and suddenly grabbed the victim by his shirt and began to punch him several times in the head and face area. Once the male stopped punching the victim, he removed a DeWalt cordless drill and a hammer from the bed of the pickup truck. As he walked away, the suspect stated, “You just got robbed, bitch.” He then left the location on foot toward Ridge Road. A K9 track was conducted which was called in front of 4728 West Ridge Road lot 1, where fresh tire tracks were observed.

 

Petit Larceny / Cedar Ter. / 24-188069

On October 22nd, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the USPS delivered a shipping package that was supposed to contain a Lenoud Legion Y700 tablet, but it was found to be empty and had been opened. After ordering a tablet from Wal-Mart, the victim tracked its status and saw that it was listed as delivered. He has started a lost property claim, but it is unknown where the package was compromised.

 

Petit Larceny / Peach Blossom Rd. / 24-191738

The victim reported that her son’s Sting Ray bicycle was stolen from outside their house on October 29th, 2024, sometime between 6:50 and 8:00 in the morning. A review of Ring video shows an unknown vehicle park in the area of Peach Blossom. An individual exits the vehicle, enters the victim’s property to take the bicycle, and walk out of view of the camera. The value of the bike is approximately $150.
