On 11/22/24, deputies responded to the Walgreens at the above location for a larceny in progress. Employees told dispatch the suspect had just left in a Ford hatchback and had stolen dove soap and other merchandise. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and made a traffic stop. The passenger of the vehicle matched the description given by employees and was detained. After locating the stolen items in the back seat of the vehicle, deputies identified the suspect as Portia Henderson (age 26). They transported her back to the scene and the store manager made a positive ID. $303.69 of soap items were stolen and recovered. Henderson was issued an APT for Penfield Town Court.

On November 23, 2024, at about 12:36 a.m., deputies responded to Penn Ln. to check on an unknown male not breathing. When they arrived, deputies spoke with 36-year-old Andrew J. Harrison, who refused deputies and EMS entry into the location to check on the other male. Harrison was arrested for OGA and EMS was cleared into the scene and verified the other male was okay and did not need to be transported to the hospital. Harrison was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and issued an appearance ticket for Penfield Town Court.

On 11-24-24 at 8:30 a.m., (S) Benjamin R. Brown (37 yoa) stole $169.19 in lobster, scallops, vegetables and beer. Deputies located and detained him in the parking lot. Brown was issued an appearance ticket and released in compliance with NYS law.

On 11-25-24 at 10:47 a.m., Tabatha L. Riggi (55 yoa) stole $135.51 worth of Ensure and Red Bull before fleeing the scene. A deputy located her in Target and she was charged with Petit Larceny, issued an appearance ticket, and released.

Monroe Roadways reports they had an excavator parked at the above location. Unknown suspects shot out the windows with what appeared to be a pellet gun between 11-23-24 at 12:00 p.m. and 11-25-24 at 12:00 p.m. The damage was valued at $8000.

Sometime between 11-13-24 and 11-24-24 at 10:26 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) stole the victims' 2014 American Hauler 17 foot V-Nose silver lower front enclosed utility trailer. It contained about $5,000 in miscellaneous tools in it.
