Home Goods Asset Protection reports on 08/15/24, an unknown female entered the store and stole four stationary notebooks ($59.96). The suspect fled the area in a black Acura sedan, which is a rental vehicle out of Virginia Beach.

Kohls Asset Protection reports on 08/13/24, an unknown female dressed in all black clothing and wearing a black book bag entered the store and stole $1,005.82 worth of merchandise. Deputies reviewed the store video and recognized the suspect from a previous larceny investigation.

Burglary 3rd /Criminal Mischief 3rd / 2755 E Henrietta Rd / 24-144146

On 8/16/24, at 3:20 am, deputies responded to Mad Flavors for a burglary alarm. Upon arrival, deputies located two unsecure exterior doors. During an interior search of the building, deputies observed a large hole in the drywall leading directly into an area where a safe and merchandise were located. The owner was contacted, but was unable to respond. The owner states he checked the business cameras and did not see any suspects. An employee responded to the scene and told deputies nothing appeared to have been stolen.

Kohls Asset Protection reports on 08/14/24, an unknown approximately 30-year-old man wearing a blue Adidas jacket, entered the store and stole $1,237.95 worth of merchandise. The witnesses saw the male leave the location in a gray Buick sedan, which had been reported as stolen out of the city of Rochester.

On 08/14/24, deputies responded to the above location for a domestic report. The victim was notified by Pittsford Federal Credit Union about numerous transactions made to a Discover Account. He does not have a Discover account and learned the person responsible for those transactions was his ex-girlfriend. The total value of the transactions was $4,500.

Marshall’s Asset Protection reports on 08/11/24, an unknown male entered the store and stole $302.91 worth of merchandise.

Petit Larceny / 905 Lehigh Station Rd (Microtel Inn) / 24-142170

The victim states she has been living at the above location for the last two months. Her Motorola G Stylus cell phone was taken the night of 08/12/24.

Criminal Mischief 3rd / Sienna Dr. / 24-141119

Between the 10:00 pm on 08/10/24 and 9:00 am on 08/11/24, an unknown person drew several swastikas on the victim’s driveway and vehicles. One was created using a chalk or marker, and the second was scratched into the clear coat. Also observed were two swastikas on the front end of the 5th wheel camper trailer. These were created with the same chalk or marker, but also scratched into the plastic outside of the camper. There were an additional number of swastikas which were drawn with chalk on the driveway around another vehicle, which was parked directly in front of the Camper.

On 08/11/24, deputies responded to the above location for a delayed larceny report. Lowes employees report on 08/07/24, an unknown male and unknown female entered the store and stole a 2200 Watt Inverter Generator. The suspects then fled the area in a brown Honda CRV.

Between 5: 00 pm on 08/02/24 and 7:00 am on 08/05/24, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s construction trailer and stole tools (2 Dewalt screw guns and a Dewalt concrete nailer). The tools were marked with “MCS” on them.

Burglary 3rd/Petit Larceny / 650 Hylan Dr. (Wegmans) / 24-136846

On 08/04/24, deputies responded to the above location for a larceny in progress. Wegmans reports a male entered the store and stole $156.99 worth of steaks. Deputies detained the male and identified him as Frederick Lange. It was learned that Wegmans had banned Lange from the store on 12/31/23. Lange was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

A Joe’s Kwik Marts employee reports on 08/06/24 at 1:44 am, three unknown males entered the store and stole approximately $240 worth of beer. The suspects fled the location in a white pickup truck.

Assault 3rd/Criminal Mischief 4th / 1180 Jefferson Rd (Super Crab) / 24-137643

On 08/05/24, deputies responded to the above location for a customer trouble. The owner of Super Crab reports two unknown females entered the restaurant 15 minutes prior to them closing. He agreed to provide the females a takeout order and after they received it they became belligerent. One female broke a napkin dispenser. Both females then picked up potted plants and threw them at an uninvolved employee.

Wegmans reports on 08/03/24, an unknown male entered the store and stole energy drinks and steak.

Menacing 2nd / 911 Jefferson Rd (Shake Shack) / 24-136262

On 08/03/24, the victim was waiting in the drive thru line at the above location when he was cut off by another vehicle. The driver of a 2019 Toyota Rav4 showed him his middle finger and he returned the favor. The driver of the Toyota Rav4 then pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim and his wife before driving off.

On 08/03/24, deputies responded to the above location for a delayed larceny report. Target Loss Prevention states on 07/26/24, an unknown male entered the store and stole $831.86 worth of merchandise. The suspect then fled the location in a black Honda Civic.

A Dollar Tree employee, reports that two females in their late teens to early twenties entered the store and selected four to five backpacks. They then filled the backpacks with other merchandise and passed all points of sale without paying.

Target Loss Prevention reports on 8/7/24 at approximately 2:30 pm, he observed two females, later identified as Keisha Ramos-Jimenez and Rosemary Cintrone-Garcia, select baby clothing and beauty products before exiting the store without paying. Deputies were waiting in the vestibule where both suspects were taken into custody without incident. They were arrested and released with appearance tickets.

Target Loss Prevention reports on 8/7/24 at approximately 12:45 pm, two females between 16 and 24 years old entered the store and selected various clothing items, yogurt products, and beauty supplies with a total value of $529.61. The females exited the store without paying and left the area in a tan Honda CRV.

Wegmans Asset Protection reports on 8/5/24 between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, a middle-aged man with shoulder-length brown hair, a beige baseball hat, jean shorts, black socks, and hiking shoes entered the store and selected various grocery items. He then exited the store without rendering payment for the items, which consisted of seafood, meats, and energy drinks. The value of the stolen property is $477.89.

An employee at Byrne Dairy reports she parked her electric scooter inside the store on 8/13/24 at about 1:00 pm. When she went to leave at 12:15 am on 8/14/24, her scooter, which is valued at $300, was missing. She got busy during her shift and she believes a customer may have taken the scooter while she was distracted. The best description she could give of the scooter is that it is black and white, with a black bag on the front. It is also decorated with a “Straight Outta Rochester” sticker and a peace sign sticker.

Forgery 2nd / GL 4th / Hillary Dr. / 24-142585

On 7/26/24 the victim mailed a check for $1,658.88 to Citizens Bank. On 8/12/24 they received a correspondence from Citizens Bank showing the check had been washed, resulting in a $3,000 account deficit. The washed check was made out to “Joseph R Gloz.” It is believed that the initial mailed check was likely stolen from the victim’s mailbox.

CPW 2nd / Resisting / OGA / CPCS 7th /Chili Ave. / 24-142335

On 8/13/24 deputies responded to Speedway to assist with the termination of an employee, Javon Williams. Williams arrived at the location with his girlfriend, Valerie Webb, who was driving a vehicle with a suspended registration. Deputies instructed Williams to exit the vehicle so that it could be towed. He initially refused, but eventually exited. Given the information that he regularly carries a firearm, he was instructed not to attempt to remove his belongings from the car. Williams ignored this order and walked toward a rear door of the vehicle, where he was taken into custody. Upon searching the vehicle, deputies located several vials of what is believed to be narcotics. They also located a revolver under the front passenger seat, the area where Williams was attempting to gain access. Webb was issued UTT’s and Williams was arraigned in Chili Town Court and remanded to MCJ in lieu of $50K/$100K/$150K.

Grand Larceny 4 / Fairbanks Rd. / 24-139356

A 2023 Kia Soul was parked, unoccupied, from 8:00 pm on 8/7/24 until 11:55 am on 8/8/24. When the victim returned to her vehicle, she found her purse was sitting on a seat with old receipts moved around. She drove to the store and discovered her wallet was missing. She believes she may have left her vehicle unlocked overnight and that her wallet was likely stolen.

Grand Larceny 4th / Lake Rd. / 24-141955

A Runnings employee reports on 8/12/24 shortly before 4:00 pm, a female and a male, later identified as Darla Ferera and Kelly Goff, used bolt cutters to cut the safety feature off of three chainsaws, and exited the store without paying for them. They left the location in a 2011 Honda CRV, which deputies located and attempted to stop as the driver (Goff) drove across a lawn and into a tree line. There, Goff threw the chainsaws into the woods and was uncooperative while being taken into custody. The suspects were eventually detained and brought back to Runnings for identification. It was determined the total value of the stolen property was $1,529.97. Ferera was arrested and released with an appearance ticket. Goff was arrested and remanded to MCJ in lieu of $5K/$10k/$20k.

Petit Larceny / W Ridge Rd. / 24-140913

A clerk at the Speedway Gas Station reports on 8/10/24 at about 11:25 pm, a 30-40 years old man, 5’8”, 175 lbs., having a scruffy beard, and wearing an Amazon vest and light colored shorts entered the store and selected several miscellaneous items. While checking out, the male asked for a carton of Newport 100s and a Black and Mild. The employee retrieved the cigarettes, and while he was getting the Black and Mild the suspect ran from the store with the carton of cigarettes and left the remaining merchandise behind. Witnesses suggest the man made his getaway in a light blue pickup truck, which had a white cap on the bed.
